New Membership

How to join Scuba 2

Most people come along to a club meeting and or a club shore dive or other event to see if Scuba 2 is for them.

Once you have decided Scuba 2 is for you, you need to fill out some paper work and pay your annual fees.

You will also need to provide proof of your diving qualifications by producing your relevant diving qualifications; ie your C Card, to the membership officer.

The forms you need to complete are;

    1. New Membership Application

    2. Safe Diving Practices Statement

    3. Liability Release.

Download, complete, and hand them to the membership  officer at a club meeting,

    Marmion WA 6020.

Membership Fees

Nomination                                             $5
(new members only)

Single Membership                                 $40

Family Membership                                 $60
(must be at the same address)

Junior Membership                                  $25

Non Diver                                                $30

Emeritus                                                  $25
(receives Log Book publication only)

Membership fees,except nomination, are pro rata re the remaining club year, for new members only, which runs from 1 July to 31 July each year.

Membership Renewal

To renew your membership you need to complete these forms;
